Ford Custom Garage: Prices, Fitment and Warranty Limits
Modifications and ownership
Ford Custom Garage packages can combine power, suspension and appearance upgrades. Before comparing prices, match the exact package to the vehicle and separate the parts price from tires, installation and the conditions behind its warranty.

Start with the package number, then compare the price
Ford Custom Garage groups appearance and performance upgrades for eligible vehicles. The exact package matters: the current program lists 2024–2026 Mustang FP800S packages, while its F-150 FP700S packages are listed for 2024–2025. A model name alone does not establish fitment.
| Exact package | Listed application | Catalog price | Costs to resolve separately |
|---|---|---|---|
| FP800S Bronze MagneRide M-MUSTANG-FPS2A |
2024–2026 Mustang GT, 5.0-liter; MagneRide package variant | $18,500 | Tires and installation explicitly excluded |
| Bronco Matte Black High Series M-BRONCO-W9 |
2025 four-door Outer Banks; Lux Package 314A and 360-degree camera required; incompatible with Sasquatch | $5,200 | Tires excluded; obtain an itemized labor quote |
These are two specific catalog listings, not prices for every package sharing those names. The Bronco listing does not state an installed labor total. Have the proposal identify tires, installation, required calibration and taxes separately before comparing totals.

The Mustang’s power figure has conditions
The FP800S Bronze MagneRide listing includes a Whipple supercharger, upgraded half shafts, an oil separator, tuned MagneRide suspension and 19-inch wheels. Ford says the included supercharger kit is incompatible with the factory strut-tower brace. Confirm the suspension variant and complete vehicle application before ordering parts.
Ford rates the included M-6066-M8800 supercharger kit at 810 horsepower with active exhaust and 10 horsepower less without it. Premium fuel of at least 91 octane is required. Those are manufacturer ratings for the specified configuration, not a measurement of an individual modified car.
The same component page lists CARB Executive Order D-231-129 for 2024–2025 model years and says the kit is not available in California for the 2026 model year. Keep that distinction attached to any road-use discussion. A street-legal symbol does not erase the application and model-year restrictions beside it.
The Bronco package changes different things
The $5,200 High Series example includes a two-inch suspension lift, five 17-inch wheels, a spare-tire carrier, extended flares and appearance parts. Its narrow trim and equipment requirements belong on the order alongside the part number; the broader Matte Black family name is insufficient.
Ford’s Matte Black package explanation identifies its ProCal tool as serving speedometer recalibration exclusively. Its presence is not evidence of an engine-power increase. Ask which calibration work the quoted package requires rather than treating every calibration tool as a horsepower upgrade.
Resolve the warranty before installation
Ford’s general warranty information distinguishes original accessories, licensed accessories and Ford Racing parts. It says most Racing parts have no warranty unless expressly designated. Read the specific package and component terms alongside the vehicle’s existing coverage.
The Mustang package description advertises three years/36,000 miles with a qualified installer, but that page’s separate warranty-availability field reads “Not Available.” Have that discrepancy resolved in writing. The included supercharger’s own page specifies coverage from the new vehicle’s in-service date, a Ford dealer or ASE-certified installer, and registration through Ford Performance. Installing it later does not create a fresh three-year clock under those stated terms.
The exact Bronco listing also requires a qualified installer and package registration for its advertised warranty. Before paying, keep the applicable written warranty, part numbers, installation invoice and registration confirmation together. For an already modified used vehicle, request those records and verify remaining coverage; badges and an advertised horsepower figure cannot establish how the work was performed or what coverage remains.
