Can’t say enough about this dealership! Called Scott first thing in the morning and he held the truck until I was able to drive from 5 hours away. While looking for a vehicle that is fun and engaging while also practical and good on gas I stumbled upon a beautiful Black 2019 VW Golf GTI SE in perfect condition on Auto-trader. Little did I know I’d be in for the customer experience of my life. As an out of state buyer, Tyler, Doug, Jimmy, and Richard (the owner) were amazing to work with. They answered any questions I had and explained their process flawlessly. I had the pleasure of learning manual for the first time from one of the best drivers in the world, Doug Evens! He remained calm, patient, and attentive no matter how many times I stalled the vehicle or ripped off the clutch too fast. Tyler insured a fair price. Jimmy upheld company policy in a professional manner. Richard provided his personal line of contact along with invaluable insight into the previous owner of the vehicle without crossing the line of professionalism. It couldn’t have been more fair. I drove the Corvette the 2.5 hours to the Clarksville store and Bill Cook took it from there. While Bill and I were tossing paperwork back and forth Richard came to introduce himself, and welcome me, as he said, to the C & L family. The car was exactly as described, and in fact was way cleaner than I expected. This company practices the type of buying experience we all want. If they have a car that you want, quit reading and start buying. This place nailed it.

Smooth straight forward purchase and trade process. Truck was filled with gas and ready to go when I arrived, paperwork was all ready to go. There was a minor problem and it was taken care of by Jimmy. Overall a excellent experience!!!!

Bought a car from Craig and Landreth in Clarksville a few years back and it was the best experience I have had buying a car yet. I haven’t been back to another dealership since and won’t go to another one. These guys are trustworthy and extremely personable & professional. Jimmy is overly amazing and makes the process as smooth as possible, breaking down all of your options. He always has the customers best interest and is the reason I keep coming back and recommending this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car! I recently brought my sister to buy a car here as well, because I’m telling you, they are just that amazing. Then I meet James, the salesman, and he just refreshes me on exactly why this is the only place I will go. He made the process smooth, professional, and even entertaining. These guys are the BEST!

Craig and Landreth deserves the 5 stars. My experience there was amazing. I got the car I had been wanting for years. Matthew was patient, helpful, and kind through the process. Jimmy was there too to help throughout the process with his knowledge to make me feel confident about my investment.

Our overall experience with Craigs and Landreth Clarksville was a positive one. We searched for vehicles within a drivable distance and found the best car here. We reached James Slaten and after sharing our needs, he immediately took care to share details of the car including photos and videos since we were 3 hrs away. On our planned pick up day, we drove down to find the vehicle cleaned, warmed up and ready to go for a test drive as soon as we arrived. We had a couple minor hiccups in the final details, however James and owner, Richard were quick to take care of things for us. We appreciate their help and the quality vehicle we have for years to come.

We recently bought a 2009 f250 from Craig and Landreth and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! James was awesome helping us through the process. Made everything simple and was super patient and kind to our 10 month old daughter. Will definitely be recommending to people in the future!

It was Truly Exceptional!!! I had a vehicle that I wanted and everybody made it an easy and stress free experience. From the salesman Scott to management, everyone was courteous and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great prices and great values on vehicles.

I recently purchased a new truck from Craig and Landreth in Clarksville. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Jimmy and Scott were great to work with and made the process very easy! I will certainly work with these guys in the future.

I called about a vehicle that had just hit their website. I got a call back the next day to discuss it a bit and the person that I spoke with said that he would go find the vehicle, get me some info and a price. That was the last time that I ever heard from him. So while I would not recommend this dealer based upon the lack of follow-through, I don’t have any opinion about the quality of their vehicles, I never got that far in the process.

I had an Audi delivered last week to Ohio from Craig and Landreth. I love the service I received from James Slaten. . When I contacted him, he replied quickly. He took care of everything I needed quickly! I have never been to this dealership but all was handled professionally. The general manager called me also. I felt very comfortable at the way my purchase was handled. Highly recommend. By the way, the car is immaculate and fabulous! Thank you James! ☀️

I recommend Craig & Landreth in Clarksville. Doug Fee and Bill Cook were very professional and answered all of my questions. Doug allowed me to test drive the car as much as I wanted and Bill was excellent in the sales/buying process which did not involve a bunch of pressure or messing around. Both Doug and Bill went above and beyond for me in the process!

Brandon and Richard were great to work with and easy to talk to, in a relaxed pressure-free setting. Financing department is ONE nice lady, on weekends- so it took all day, (so if you're planning to go on the weekend, bring a snack). Detail crew could use a little help, truck was clean, but more like "I paid my little brother to clean my car" -clean. Would definitely shop here again, and would recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out.
