Three-row electric SUVs

Updated October 16, 2026

Lexus has published U.S. prices for its 2027 TZ three-row electric SUV. Its release, updated September 14, 2026, lists three all-wheel-drive grades and still describes the on-sale timing as late 2026.

Published U.S. prices include delivery

Lexus’s published 2027 TZ MSRP plus delivery, processing and handling
Grade MSRP plus DPH
Premium AWD $64,050
Premium Touring AWD $72,050
Luxury AWD $80,550

Each figure already includes the $1,550 delivery, processing and handling fee. Lexus says the fee can change and dealer prices vary. Do not add that delivery charge a second time when comparing these published totals.

Keep the range claim tied to its scope

The release describes 76.96- and 95.82-kWh battery choices, standard DIRECT4 all-wheel drive and a U.S.-market NACS charging port. Its 300-mile range statement is a manufacturer estimate for a select grade; it should not be assigned to every version as an EPA rating.

A connector is only part of charging compatibility

The Department of Energy’s charging guidance distinguishes a station location, a charging port and the connector plugged into the vehicle. One address can contain several ports, and one port can offer different connectors while charging only one vehicle at a time. A compatible-looking location is therefore not the same information as a suitable available port.

DOE also explains that charging time depends on battery state of charge, capacity and type, the vehicle’s charging capability, and the equipment and electrical service. A station’s advertised power is not a promise about a TZ session. Check the applicable vehicle instructions and the actual equipment rather than importing another EV’s charging result.

What the price gaps tell you

Premium Touring adds $8,000 over Premium; Luxury adds $16,500. These calculated gaps give an equipment comparison a starting point, not a verdict about value.

Keep the published price, the exact vehicle specification and the charging plan together. An expected launch window does not establish local stock or a delivery date, and an advertised range estimate does not replace planning for the routes and conditions in which the vehicle will be used.
